SUP Englewood is a local paddle board and kayak rental company based in Englewood, Florida. With over 12 years of experience, they offer eco tours, boat tours, paddle lessons, and watercraft rentals — all led by certified Florida Master Naturalists and PaddleFit Certified SUP Instructors. They needed a website experience that matched their high standard of service, professionalism, and growing business model.
Project Goals
Their old website struggled with outdated design, poor mobile experience, and an unintuitive booking and customer management system. Customers found it difficult to navigate tours, book rentals easily, or access personalized training content. The backend was also inefficient for staff to manage users, products, and course access.
My Approach
I redesigned the website from the ground up with a user-first mindset. I crafted a visually immersive, mobile-optimized site that emphasizes ease of booking and clean navigation. Beyond the revamp, I developed a custom user dashboard that allows logged-in users to access private paddle training courses, view order history, download materials, and stay connected with the team. Integration with WooCommerce, LifterLMS, and custom code ensured smooth workflows for both customers and administrators.
